Mobility drills

Very often, at EKC class, warm up, mobility drills and decompression take longer than actual work out. Someone may say it is very slow way to progress. I am saying this is the ONLY way to progress – injury and pain free. What’s your opinion? www,edinburghkettlebellclub.co.uk
